Who we are

What we provide
We produce a marketing video and virtual tour from still photographs you supply. We do not visit the property, take photographs, inspect the property, or verify anything shown in your photos.
Deposit, price, and payment
- A $99.99 deposit reserves your project and is applied to your total project cost.
- Your total is quoted before production begins and varies by property size, photo count, and complexity.
- The deposit is refundable until production begins. Once production begins it is non refundable, because the work has been performed.
- The remaining balance is due after you review and approve the preview, and before final files are released.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details.
Turnaround
Projects are completed within 2 business days of our receiving all photos and project information. An incomplete or unusable photo set pauses that clock until replacements arrive.
Revisions
Each project includes one round of revisions covering photo order, pacing, and presentation. Changes that require regenerating animation or new production work are quoted separately and billed in addition to your project cost.
Your photos and your representations
By sending us photos you represent and warrant that:
- You own the photos, or you hold a written license that permits you to reproduce them, modify them, create derivative works from them, and authorize a third party to do the same on your behalf.
- You have the property owner's authorization to market the property.
- You have any consent required from occupants or tenants, and the photos do not show identifiable people without their permission.
- Nothing you send infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
Photographs taken by a hired real estate photographer are usually owned by that photographer and licensed narrowly. If you are unsure whether your license permits derivative works, confirm it in writing before sending them. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless against any claim arising from photos you supply.
AI assisted production
Motion in your video is generated from your still photographs using AI assisted software. We do not add, remove, stage, or alter rooms, features, or conditions. You are responsible for reviewing the preview for accuracy before you approve it, and for complying with any disclosure rules that apply to you, including brokerage policy, listing service rules, and state real estate advertising regulations.
Compliance is yours
You are responsible for fair housing compliance, truthful advertising, licensing disclosures, and platform rules wherever you publish the video. We do not review your listing content for legal compliance.
Ownership and license
On full payment you receive a perpetual, worldwide license to use the delivered video and tour to market the property, including on websites, listing services, social media, and rental platforms. We retain ownership of our production files, templates, and process. We may display finished work in our portfolio unless you tell us in writing not to.
No guarantee of results
We do not promise that a video will sell, rent, or book a property, or produce any particular level of interest.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost sales or bookings.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [state], without regard to conflict of law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you pay your deposit governs your project.

What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email address, phone number.
- Property details: address, property type, and the project information you send.
- Photographs and files you upload for production.
- Payment records. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us.
Why we collect it
To quote your project, produce and deliver your video, support you afterward, and keep records of the transaction. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the work: Stripe for payment, Dropbox for file upload, Google for email, and the platform hosting your delivered video. Each handles your information under its own terms. We also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Project files are retained for [retention period] after delivery so we can reissue or revise your video, then deleted. Transaction records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your photos sooner.
Your choices
Email walkthruvrtours@gmail.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. If you are somewhere with specific privacy rights, such as California or the European Economic Area, tell us and we will honor the rights that apply to you.
Email and texts
We email you about your own project. Anything promotional will include an unsubscribe link and our mailing address. We text only the number you give us, about your project, and you can reply STOP at any time.
Children
This service is for adults running property businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security and changes
We use reputable providers and limit who can reach your files, though no transfer over the internet is perfectly secure. If this policy changes we will post a new effective date here.
What the software does
Your video is built from the still photographs you send. AI assisted software generates camera movement and transitions between those photos, so the property reads as a walkthrough rather than a slideshow.
What it does not do
We do not add furniture, rooms, views, or features. We do not remove clutter, damage, or defects. We do not change the season, the time of day, or the condition of anything in your photos. What is in your photographs is what is in your video.
What you should check
Because motion is generated rather than filmed, edges and reflections can occasionally distort. That is why every project includes a preview. Review it before you approve it, tell us about anything that misrepresents the property, and we will fix it.
Disclosure rules
Some brokerages, listing services, and states have rules about advertising that uses AI assisted or digitally altered media. Those rules apply to you as the advertiser. Check them before you publish, and tell us if you need a disclosure line added to the video itself. We will add it at no charge.
